Job Description
Job Title: Hygiene Operative
Location: Kettering
Hours: 42.5 per week – paid breaks
Shifts: Monday to Friday 13.45-22.15

- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of production areas, equipment, and utensils to meet health and safety regulations
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene role, preferably in a food production environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment, typical of ice cream production areas.
