Food Manufacturing Production Operatives, Corby Northamptonshire.

We have very exciting opportunities to work with a food manufacturing client who are seeking new colleagues to join them.

Don’t let this put you off. Our client is seeking candidates with no experience, so they can train you with their standard operating procedures so that you blend into the wider team as quickly as
possible.

The Details:
The shifts are continental, this means you will work 12-hour shifts, 4 days 06.00-18.00 and then 4 days off. You will then rotate to nightshift which is 18.00-06.00 and work the next 4 nights. You will work to a rota which is planned 3 months in advance.

The hours rate starts on £12.83 per hour and this will increase to £13.92 per hour once you are trained.

In addition to this, you will discover there are opportunities to advance to senior level, if you show commitment and an enthusiasm for the work.
