Pay: £12.20 per hour, 40 hours a week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30AM - 16:30PM
Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our logistics facility in Corby. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient management of inventory, orders, and logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and organizing warehouse inventory and stock levels.
- Input and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Handle documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Support logistics teams in coordinating deliveries and ensuring accurate order processing.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding stock and order statuses.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and data entry.
- Ensure that all warehouse procedures comply with company policies and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
