Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Kettering
Duration: Permanent Contract
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Moto Friday 08.30-17.00 – flexible working in required

The Quality Assurance Manager role plays an important part in guaranteeing, reviewing, updating, and assisting with high standards of external and internal audits related to the Quality and Food Safety department.
 
Some aspects of the role include:
Experience of working as a Quality manager.
Experience with drinks – Tetra pack experience beneficial.
High knowledge in GMP, PRPs, HACCP, BRC and FSSC 22000 standards.
Good analytical and technical capabilities
Must have auditing experience.
Knowledge of microbiology is mandatory.
An experience of leading a team is mandatory.
Experience of working in Food Companies.
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
Excel at least intermediate level.
Strong process orientation, a logical thinker with analytical ability.
Knowledge of CIP systems is desirable.
Must have experience working within a cross-functional team.
Significant exposure of implementing and leading within a Company having continuous improvement-based culture.
Experience of implementing and working with Quality, Food safety Management Systems.
Experience of evaluating, review and implementing quality systems.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate with clarity, purpose, and authenticity.
Must evidence clear direction and striving to have the greatest possible impact.
Is self-aware and growth-oriented, understands their own strengths and limitations.
Values promoting continuous learning through experimentation and feedback.
Collaborates across the organisation and builds and harnesses their network.
Adaptable enough to work in an environment that changes / challenges daily

Capable of working on multiple priorities and setting targets and timeframes
