Machine Operator - Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Corby
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per year (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00)
Overtime: Available, including weekends (flexibility required)

The Role:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a crucial part of the production process. Working with a friendly and dedicated factory team, you will operate cutting machines, ensuring all products meet high-quality standards. Full training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills for the role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare and operate machines for production runs.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products match technical drawings and meet quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Support team members to maintain a smooth production flow.
• Attention to Detail: Prioritize quality and ensure the best finish for all products.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Attention to Detail: Focus on precision and quality.
• Organized & Motivated: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and a willingness to learn.
• Experience: Not essential but preferred. Training will be provided.
• Forklift License (Desirable): Not essential but a plus.
• Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekends when required.
