The Purpose of the Role:
Looking for a junior administrator to work closely with our project coordinator to ensure projects are completed on time. The role will also involve supporting the sales manager with quotes and other administrative duties. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role will also include involvement with accounts (training will be provided).
Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all projects are completed within the set timescale
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect as necessary
  • Track all projects
  • Update projects from new orders
  • Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Set up new phones (mobile and VOIP)
  • Generate quotes for the sales manager
  • Ensure CRM is regularly updated with new information
  • Process purchase invoices
  • Work on mobile phone bills (CDRs)
  • Update sales invoices
  • Assist the Head of Commercial with ad hoc administrative tasks

  • Strong communication skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
