Job Title: Administrative Support – Permits & Data Entry (Temp to Perm)Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 16:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team in a
temp-to-perm role. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Applying for permits from various local authorities
- Opening and closing permits in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Registering all works and maintaining accurate records
- Providing back-office support for supervisors
- Performing general administrative and data entry tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in permit applications, admin, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
- Must be able to drive due to location
