Information Analyst - 12 month FTC - £34,582 - Remote One of the UKs largest charities is seeking an experienced Information Analyst to join their Business Planning and Performance team on a 12 month basis.
The Information Analyst will contribute to the strategic objectives of the service by delivering professional, specialist, high quality analysis, information and statistics in relation to key areas of the business including:
- Developing and maintaining dashboards in relation to specified areas and produce reports against the organisations strategic goals
- Running regular and adhoc reports from system reporting tools and analyse data where needed
- Writing high quality narrative tailored to the needs of a range of internal and external audiences
- Playing a key role in the development and delivery of the Services Quality Assurance Framework and reporting on its outcomes
- The role will work closely alongside others in the team to deliver on a wide range of routine and adhoc tasks and have close contact with a number of other reporting teams across Services and the wider organisation to ensure consistency and a shared understanding of data results.
The ideal Information Analyst will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Strong report writing with the ability to tailor content for the audience
- Good data analysis skills to identify, interrogate and describe observed insights
- A high level of competence in MS Excel and some experience with PowerBI
- The successful applicant could be home-based or work on a hybrid home/office basis with the office location flexible.
