Company providing Reception and Concierge services is seeking Receptionists to join their London team.
These are temporary positions paying between £10.00 and £11.00 per hour and will be based at various client sites across the central London area. There is also the potential of going permanent after 12 weeks.The main duties of the Corporate Receptionist / Front of House will be:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the building
- Carrying out the correct signing in procedure for visitors, contractors and staff
- Manage day to day running of the reception area
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with couriers and deliveries
- Managing the maintenance of the building
- Reporting any site issues
- Answering the telephone and emails in a professional manner
- Key Management
The ideal Corporate Receptionist / Front of House will have the following knowledge skills and experience:
- Previous Reception / Front of House experience within a corporate environment
- PC literate
- Possess an excellent understanding of customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance and business-like manner at all times in order to instil confidence in the services provided
