Working within the Property department you will provide full secretarial support a team of Fee Earners, enjoy a challenging a busy team secretarial role.

Key Responsibilities:
" Diary Management for a team of fee Earners
" Checking and responding to emails
" Organising meetings and lunches
" Booking video conference calls and meeting rooms
" Producing letters and reports
" Copy typing and digital dictation
" Handling client calls
" Processing al expenses
" Proof reading of all documents

Knowledge and Skills:
" Previous experience in Professional Services, Legal or Corporate/Property sector
" Highly organised with attention to detail
" Strong communication skills
" Demonstrate flexibility in meeting external and internal clients
" Reliable with strong work ethic
