Main Responsibilities:
" Build and lead a Workplace Sales Team.
" Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies.
" Contribute to the companies Leadership Team.
" Identify and develop new key dealer channels.
" Manage the performance of the Sales Team.
" Lead Tender Bid Teams on major project opportunities.
" Support Operations Teams.
" Identify new market trends.
" Provide sales reports as part of formal board reports.

Person Specification:
" Proven, successful sales record, within the furniture industry is a must .
" Experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team at a senior level.
" Experience in producing sales forecasts and setting team and personal sales goals.
" Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
" Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
" Strong commercial outlook and natural leadership abilities.
