Your Role:

As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include: ✔ Allocating customer payments and posting cash efficiently. ✔ Generating statements, invoices, and proof of deliveries with accuracy. ✔ Proactively chasing EMEA customers via email and phone in a professional manner. ✔ Reviewing customer master data and recommending credit limits using agency reports. ✔ Setting up direct debit collections and maintaining departmental paperwork. ✔ Managing customer credit holds, dunning runs, and e-invoicing processes. ✔ Performing credit checks and risk assessments on potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in Credit Control is a must. ✅ Fluency in Spanish—essential for communicating with international clients. ✅ Strong proficiency in SAP (AP), MS Office, SAP Concur. ✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✅ Sharp attention to detail and strong numerical skills for handling large volumes of data. ✅ Organised, proactive, and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
