Your Role: You’ll lead a team of Visitor Hosts, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience. From managing daily operations to motivating your team, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer service delivery.
What We’re Looking For: We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
- Passionate about creating outstanding visitor experiences
- Experienced in leading teams within visitor attractions or similar settings
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Over 18 years old
Pay: £17.57 per hour (PAYE)
