We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients Training team who one of the leaders in their field. As a member of the People team, you will deliver training to Field Sales Agents, assess development needs and track learning effectiveness predominantly for the Commercial team.
Duties:
- Creating and executing training, with particular emphasis on product and sales training for sales, on a one on one and group delivery basis.
- Train out new or upgraded products.
- Ensuring all new hires into sales are trained with appropriate levels of information and product knowledge.
- Working with sales management to support their team with individual sales development needs.
- Adopt a blended learning approach (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. Translate existing PPT learnings into e-learnings where appropriate.
Experience:- Proven experience as a Trainer in Fintech or Payments.
- Design and delivery of product and sales training.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Relationship building.
- Must be able to travel to field sales agents. (You will need to have your own car)
