IT System Manager

We are working with one of the leaders in their field to source an exceptional IT System Manager to lead a team of 12 across the UK, India and South Africa in the day to day management of enterprise topology.

The organization are a very fast paced, entrepreneurial organization and as a result we are looking for people who have worked at scale and speed.

Salary: 60 – 65k + package
Location: Remote UK – you must be in the UK now with a valid working visa. Experience iof leading people across different geographies is essential

With a network of data centres and multiple Contact Centre delivery sites (in and out of the UK) the successful candidate into this role will be a natural hands on deliverer while also having a background on managing oversight, control and guidance. The role will also ensure operational adherence and certification, where applicable, to standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and implement IT strategies across the group
• Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
• Lead and mentor the team of IT professionals, helping them on their career journey through the organisation.
• Monitor performabce of the IT infrastructure, managing the IT budget ensuring all soutions are not only fit for purpose but clao cost effective,
• Work with the IT structure to identify, recommend and implement new technologies that
• can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients infrastructure.
• Strategically plan and implement the disaster recovery and Business Continuity plan for the business

You will have experience in the following key MS technology, Azure, Python, Powershell, Linux, Unix, SHCP, Hyper-V, Solarwinds etc
