Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers? We are looking for a Billing Administrator to join our clients team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing invoices, processing payments, and ensuring billing accuracy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to maintain smooth financial operations.
This role is offered on a Hybrid working model working Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer meter readings to meet billing deadlines.
- Ensure all data is provided to meet specified billing schedules.
- Report on and communicate with Meter Reading Contractors associated with skip codes and erroneous reads.
- Manage and investigate meter reading exceptions.
- Liaise with Wholesalers & Customers to resolve any issues with their apparatus and market data.
- Process pre-billing reports.
- Process customer accounts and make necessary amendments
