Cactus Search are delighted to be partnering with a new leader within the transformation space, that is looking for a Business Analyst to come onboard and deliver proposed solutions within the operational function.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying problems that arise in the operation and propose solutions to overcome them whilst also providing cost benefit and impact analysis to the overall business proposition.
 
What we need you to have…

• At least 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst in Operational Change
• A natural communicator, who can act as a conduit between the operation and other business functions to bring change together
• Strategic thinker, who implements best practice like 2nd nature
• Displays excellent analytical thinking, with an evidence-based approach to decision making
• Strong organisation, with exceptional planning and self-management capability
• Able to manage multiple projects across people, process and technology to meet business needs and outcomes
• Solid understanding of change methodologies, principles and techniques
