Retention Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of keeping valued clients engaged, supported, and connected, driving growth while making a real difference to schools and children’s education.
What you’ll do:
- Build and grow long-term relationships with schools and educators
- Focus on retention: ensuring existing clients stay satisfied and supported
- Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and strengthen partnerships
- Deliver excellent service to both educators and schools
- Play a key role in shaping the future of local education through lasting relationships
What we’re looking for:
- A confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- Proven experience in sales or retention (education experience is a bonus, not essential)
- Resilient, ambitious, and results-driven
- Organised multitasker who thrives under pressure
- A team player with a passion for people and progress
- Full UK driving licence (you’ll need to visit schools in the Preston area)

Location: Branch-based – Manchester (Working hours: 7AM – 4:30PM, Mon–Fri)
