Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

We're supporting a fantastic business who don't just fill jobs — they're connecting passionate educators with schools that need them most. As a Recruitment Consultant in our clients Educator division, you’ll join a team driven by one purpose: delivering better education experiences for pupils across the UK.

What you’ll do:

Build strong relationships with schools and educators
Recruit, place, and support quality teaching staff
Grow your portfolio of clients and maximise opportunities
Deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and service

What we’re looking for:

A natural people-person with strong communication skills
Sales Driven, resilience, and ambition to succeed
A passion for education (experience in education or sales is a bonus, not a must!)
Organised, adaptable, and ready to learn

Location: Manchester (Working pattern 7AM - 4.30AM Mon - Fri)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
