Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:45
Friday: 08:30 – 15:45
Temporary – Approx. 6 months (with potential to extend)

We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy team following an internal move. This is a temporary role expected to last approximately 6 months, with the potential for extension.

This position requires someone with strong customer service experience, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to hit the ground running. While full training will be provided, we’re ideally looking for someone who can adapt quickly and work efficiently in a new environment.

Key Requirements:
• Proven background in a customer service role
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
• Able to quickly understand internal systems and processes (training provided)
