Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant at our client site in Stafford

This is a temporary role with a potential permanent position for the right candidate after 3 months

The job role includes:

Performance data tracking and sharing periodically through the day with strategic partners

Update training matrix and report on any upcoming expiry dates

Update site communication boards

Minute taking in site meetings

Organise induction paperwork for upcoming inductions

dealing with data heavy spreasheets

warehouse stock intake

Must be computer literate

Experience in Microsoft packages would be an advantage

Previous arehouse or admin experience desired

Pay Rate is £11.68ph

Shifts are rotating shifts, Monday – Friday. 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
