Quality Assurance Analyst sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands.
This hands-on role is permanent, full-time based onsite at the company’s Meriden office.
As Quality Assurance Analyst, your key duties will include:- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies
- Review and analyse requirements and specifications
- Design, create, and maintain test cases and scripts
- Perform test case reviews and provide feedback
- Identify, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks
- Analyse test results and report on software quality
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Contribute to DevOps practices
The successful Quality Assurance Analyst will demonstrate:- Experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Migration experience would be beneficial
- Payroll experience would be beneficial
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with test automation tools is desirable
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing would be beneficial
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies is desirable
- Working knowledge of playwright or Selenium WebDriver
- Jmeter experience an advantage
- Knowledge of nonfunctional testing
- Experience of java scripting
- Ability to pick things up quickly and work on their own with minimum instructions
- Hit the ground running
