Team Manager, Safeguarding Adults & QA, Bath & North East Somerset
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Team Manager to join the Safeguarding Adults and Quality Assurance Service. The postholder will play a key role in the delivery of the Council’s Adult Safeguarding responsibilities and in ensuring that Assessment and Care Planning are of high quality and delivered within the Council’s agreed resources. In addition, the post holder will make a key contribution to professional and practise development and training across the People and Communities Directorate in the Council and partner organisations as required.

The post holder will be a champion of best practise, quality service delivery and the inclusion and involvement of service users and carers. They will operate as the interface between the Council and the Social Enterprise which is commissioned to deliver integrated Health and Social Care services to the people of Bath and North East Somerset.
