Fostering Social Worker, Kinship Support Team
Pertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Social Workers to join the Kinship Support Team.  The role includes supporting and supervising foster carers to ensure they provide the best quality care to meet the needs of vulnerable children as set out in their care plan.

The ideal candidate will be able to fit into this busy but welcoming team, undertake annual reviews, hold a caseload, and help with identifying placements for children.  Regular reflective supervision is prioritised by managers in the team, opportunities to learn and develop skills are available.

Gloucestershire are committed to ensuring they have a flexible workforce who can manage their work and home life, and as part of this they are embracing a hybrid model of working which will include both working at home and in the office.
Expenses package for either accommodation or mileage up to £150 per week remains in place (T&Cs apply)
