Pertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioners to join the acute hospital team/ Health Interface service, to be based in Musgrove Park Hospital.
The role comprises of supervision of Social Workers, ad hoc advice and guidance for acute hospital social care team.

The successful candidate will need a high level of Social Work knowledge and skill in working in an acute hospital environment in order to give productive and effective guidance and supervision. Preference is for geographically near to Somerset as expectation to be in office daily although hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate.
