Pertemps is seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Manager/Assistant Team Manager to join the Disabled Children’s Service (DCS) in Islington. This rewarding role involves supervising a team of six social workers who manage a varied caseload, including assessments, Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children Looked After (CLA) cases. The postholder will also serve as Duty Manager every other week, overseeing referrals and contacts into the DCS.

About the Team:
The 0-18 Disabled Children’s Team supports both disabled children and their siblings. The role combines safeguarding with assessing support needs for disabled children and their families, offering a diverse and meaningful workload.
