Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy Team in Bromley over the winter period. This role involves providing assessments, support, and equipment to help clients maximise their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting home-based OT assessments to recommend equipment and minor adaptations.
• Assisting with triage to determine appropriate OT and reablement pathways.
• Performing Moving and Handling assessments, providing relevant equipment, and assessing for possible reductions in care.
• Collaborating with the D2A OT on hospital discharge cases.
• Assessing and facilitating major home adaptations.

 
Flexible Working: Hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Community visits to clients are required.
Expenses: Mileage can be claimed for work-related travel (excluding travel from home to office).

Requirements:

• HCPC Registration
• Occupational Therapy Diploma /Degree
• Significant post-qualifying experience
