Occupational Therapy Team Manager, £45ph, London
Pertemps are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Team Manager to lead, motivate, and manage an occupational therapy team within the Adult Social Care Directorate. The role focuses setting up and leading a new team to start completing the assessments on the OT waiting list. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists, and Senior Practitioners.
• Ensure services comply with current legislation, guidance, and policies, maintaining high standards of practice, performance, and quality assurance.
• Promote a strength-based, asset-based approach to service delivery, ensuring person-centred outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, streamlining processes and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Develop and maintain joint working relationships with service providers, partner agencies, and stakeholders, ensuring residents’, carers’, and families’ voices are heard.
• Lead on recruiting the new team including OT's as well as liaising closely with the existing OT teams in line with Hammersmith & Fulham Council policy.
• Support the professional development of the team through supervision, guidance, and accountability.

 
Role requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management experience within Adult Occupational Therapy

• A proven track record of delivering services in line with current legislation and policies.
• Experience in promoting strength-based and asset-based service models.
• HCPC registration
