Assistant Team Manager, Children in Care Team, Greater London
Rate: £40.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 3 Months (with potential for extension)
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (3/2 split with on-site anchor days)

Role Overview:
Pertemps are seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager (ATM) to join the Children in Care (CIC) Team. The roles focus on improving outcomes for children in care, supporting them through care proceedings, and managing their long-term pathway plans. If you have a passion for working with children and families to secure the best outcomes and possess expertise in court and care proceedings case management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Focus Areas:

• Supporting Children in Care and Children Looked After.
• Delivering improved outcomes through effective pathway planning and care management.
• Providing robust case management, including court and care proceedings.

 
Requirements:

• Social Work England (SWE) Registration.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years+ working in social work with children and families, including assessments and statutory work. Previous supervisory and management experience within a similar team
• Expertise in court and care proceedings case management is essential.
