Customer Service Advisors to join the dynamic Royal Mail Dearne Valley team and deliver outstanding support to their valued customers.
What You'll Be Doing:- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Updating customer records accurately using our internal systems
- Working collaboratively with other departments to solve problems and improve the customer experience
- Providing product and service information to help customers make informed decisions
What We’re Looking For:- Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and customer management systems
Working Hours, Pay Rate & Other Info: - 5 hours 6 out of 7 days, with 1 rota’d day off in the week. Must be fully flexible to work ALL days
- £12.97 per hour
- The duration of the assignment will be roughly 12 weeks from the intake date
- You will be based in the office full-time
- We’re offering multiple intakes – 6th October, 13th October, 20th October and 3rd November
