Job Description

Pertemps Sheffield are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join the team of one of our clients, based in Dinnington S25.

Our client provides medical supplies throughout the country to pharmacies, hospitals and occasionally elderly residential homes.

The main duties of the role would be:
  • Completing briefs and debriefs to the drivers
  • Answering and making calls to both drivers and customers
  • Scanning deliveries into the depot
  • Completing paperwork and data entry onto various systems in line with company policies and procedures
Successful Candidates:
  • Experience working within an Office environment
  • Administrative and Customer Service experience
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable and enthusiastic
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 11am until 7pm with a pay rate of £12.56 per hour.

The client is offering the role on a temporary to permanent basis, with the view to go permanent at the end of the 12 week probationary period.

You will be based in the office full-time, with no option for hybrid working as it stands.
