Job Description
Our client provides medical supplies throughout the country to pharmacies, hospitals and occasionally elderly residential homes.
The main duties of the role would be:
- Completing briefs and debriefs to the drivers
- Answering and making calls to both drivers and customers
- Scanning deliveries into the depot
- Completing paperwork and data entry onto various systems in line with company policies and procedures
- Experience working within an Office environment
- Administrative and Customer Service experience
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable and enthusiastic
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 11am until 7pm with a pay rate of £12.56 per hour.
The client is offering the role on a temporary to permanent basis, with the view to go permanent at the end of the 12 week probationary period.
You will be based in the office full-time, with no option for hybrid working as it stands.
