Job Description
You will be working as part of the Fleet department, within the In Life Control team and will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as processing driving fines, charging zone admin, vehicle documentation, vehicle ordering and vehicle sales.
Your main duties will include:
- Data input to relevant systems/software such as Excel, Word and M5.
- Data checking, verification and reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate and relevant data – including filing, both electronic and hard copies
- Provision of general administrative support, including telephone call handling, processing customer requests
- Invoice production and query resolution
- Maintaining a shared inbox contact at all required times
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am until 5pm, however you will need a degree of flexibility within these hours.
Your rate of pay will be £12.98 per hour and the role is being offered on a temporary, ongoing basis.
