We at Pertemps Sheffield are representing one of our long-standing and well-known Sheffield based clients, who are looking to expand their team with a Senior Administrator within the Accreditation team.

Our client is within the 6% of world business schools that have been approved by AACSB, however, to maintain approval they are reviewed every 5 years. The next review is going to be in March 2025, where the client will be visited by members of the AACSB panel. They will be assessing based on the quality of teaching, facilities, staff and research outputs amongst other things.

The main objective of this role is to assist with collating information and transferring it into the systems and format that the professional body AACSB require. The skills that they’re looking for are:

Strong administrative and data handling skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong IT skills with the ability to learn how to use new systems quickly
Proven customer service skills

Although it is not essential, having some kind of event experience would be beneficial due to our client hosting members of the panel in March.

Working Hours and Pay Rate:

Successful candidates will be required to work Monday to Friday, however the hours are flexible between 8am – 9:30am start and a finish of 4pm – 6pm.

The role will be running until 14^th March 2025 and the salary will be £25,742 (pro rata’d) which works out to £13.38 per hour.
