Engineering Accounts Manager – Surrey – 40K + Bonuses I am currently representing a rapidly growing Mechanical and Electrical building services specialist who have an exciting new opportunity for an account manager to come and join their office team in Redhill, Surrey.
You will be responsible for managing and growing preexisting accounts, with the focus of air conditioning, ventilation, chillers and fire systems. They are looking for someone with a strong background in sales and account management showing a track record of exceeding targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or account management, preferably in the facilities industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Understanding of fire and smoke systems, chillers, air conditioning, and ventilation services is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Monday.com, Job Logic) is desirable.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
This is an mixture of office-based, site based and hybrid role with the hours being 8 – 5 on a 40-hour working week.
