Job Description

Our Staffordshire based client are looking for a Part time employee to join their team to assist with accounts.

This Client currently has 2 shift patterns available, they are listed below:

Tuesday + Thursday (9am - 5pm)
Monday + Wednesday + Friday (9am - 5pm)

Pay Rate - £15 per hour

Daily Duties:

Monitoring and answering emails
Printing invoices and matching them to delivery notes
Checking PO numbers match the invoices
Entering invoices into Sage
Digitally filing remittances and purchase invoices into customer and suppliers folders
Various credit control duties
Several ad hoc account duties
