Temp School Administrator – Newcastle

We work with a few schools looking for Temp administrators with a high potential of being taken on permanent to start ASAP and in September.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing daily administrative tasks, including attendance and records
✅ Handling enquiries from students, parents, and staff
✅ Supporting school operations with data entry and correspondence
✅ Assisting with scheduling, meetings, and general office duties

Requirements:
✔ Strong organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Previous administrative experience (school experience is a plus)
