Salary: £95 - £115 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task with pre-prepared work.
• Maintain a positive, productive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
• Support the smooth running of the school day by assisting with lesson transitions and classroom organization.
• Build positive relationships with students, encouraging good behaviour and academic focus.
• Liaise with teachers and other staff to ensure continuity of learning during staff absences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Confidence in delivering instructions and engaging students in a variety of subjects.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable but not essential – we welcome applications from those new to the profession.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting students' progress.
