Position Overview: My client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) specialising in HEVAC Building Services within the Maintenance & CAPEX sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:- Identify and establish new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow service sales business within London and the Southeast region.
- Organise and conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Review cost structures and monitor sales performance metrics.
- Write and maintain detailed sales reports and promotional literature.
- Deliver product and service advice to clients.
- Attend networking events to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Compensation Package:- BDM Role: £60,000 - £80,000 annually, with up to 2.5% of yearly profit incentive on maintenance. Additional incentives for CAPEX work to be reviewed.
