Senior Practitioner - Social Care
Role Overview: As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and supporting Social Care workers within your team to achieve excellence. Your focus will be on driving culture change, enhancing performance, and improving the quality of practice to deliver better outcomes. You will foster a high support and high challenge environment, empowering the workforce to take ownership of their performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Culture Change: Lead efforts to cultivate a positive culture that prioritizes performance improvement and quality practice.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the management of your cluster, ensuring a unified One Team approach.
  • Regular Supervision: Provide consistent supervision to manage complex caseloads efficiently and effectively.
  • Casefile Audits: Conduct audits to encourage shared learning and continuous improvement.
  • Team Performance and Community Development: Promote a strong team ethos and partnership working to enhance community development.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Hold a Social Work England registration 
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence
  • Post-qualifying experience 
  • Degree/equivalent in Social Work
