Assessment and Child Protection, Swindon Borough Council

We are offering exciting opportunities to become part of our dedicated Assessment and Child Protection team, where critical work is undertaken to safeguard children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and investigations into child protection concerns.
Perform statutory assessments, including home visits and consultations with professionals, practitioners, and agencies.
Gather and analyze information to assess potential risks to children and young people.
Make informed decisions following the assessment process, either closing cases or transferring them to Long-Term Locality Teams.
