Rate of Pay: £20.83 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday – 36 hours per week

We’re seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills — someone who can turn complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive action. Essential experience includes:

-          Proven expertise in Power BI, including dashboards, DAX, and data modelling.
-          Strong knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
-          Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
-          Experience integrating multiple data sources into cohesive reporting tools.
-          Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure high-quality reporting.
-          Experience engaging stakeholders to assess reporting needs and support business improvement initiatives.



🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the Business Improvement Team, you’ll:


-          Lead the deployment of Power BI across Operational Services, ensuring dashboards are impactful, accessible, and user-friendly.
-          Improve data quality and accessibility, identifying inconsistencies and working to resolve them.
-          Design and deliver interactive dashboards that support both day-to-day management and strategic planning.
-          Support business improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer service, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs.
-          Audit and analyse internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
-          Collaborate with service areas and corporate teams to ensure insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
