A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Chef de Partie at a high-end restaurant located in Birmingham.
The Chef de Partie key responsibilities are –
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis chefs working with you
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
This is a full-time position working 52 hours a week, split shifts, 4 days a week including weekend work and bank holidays. As Chef de Partie you will be paid £25,000 per annum.
As Chef de Partie you will have experience within a similar restaurant position, will have a keen eye for detail and ideally have rosette or Michelin experience.
