Head Chef

My client is a brand-new exciting project opening in one of the leading retail spots in Birmingham and are looking for a new passionate and talented Head Chef to lead their kitchen team to bring a new taste to the venue.


The duties and responsibilities of the Head Chef will be:

• Creating a new mixed middle eastern menu that excites their visitors.
• Cooking and presenting high end dishes, with brilliant presentation and taste.
• Recruiting, training and guiding the kitchen team, helping them grow professionally and personally.
• Ensuring all food safety and health and safety is kept to the highest standard.

 

The ideal Head Chef will:

• Have experience in leading a kitchen in a Head Chef position.
• Be experienced working in a fine dining establishment.
• Be confident in their ability to refine flavours, with an emphasis on sauces.
• Be creative in menu planning, and presentation.

 

Job-type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date and Schedule: November 2024, 5 out of 7 days of a 7 day operation

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum
