Cover Supervisor – Newcastle

Are you confident in managing a classroom and passionate about supporting students? We are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone looking for flexible work in schools. We work with a variety of schools in the Northumberland area looking for teachers for long term roles and day to day cover.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher
✅ Delivering pre-set work and maintaining classroom discipline
✅ Supporting students to stay engaged and focused
✅ Upholding school policies and ensuring a positive learning environment

Requirements:
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
✔ A passion for education and student development
