Duration: 20 Month Fixed-Term
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
We are seeking a skilled Lead QA Analyst to join an innovative program within a prestigious organization. Role Overview:
As the Lead QA Analyst, you will oversee the management, planning, and execution of test activities, ensuring seamless integration across systems. With a strong technical foundation and expertise in quality processes, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior experience for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of detailed test scenarios and cases.
• Coordinate End-to-End testing to ensure smooth system interactions.
• Implement and manage defect management tools and processes.
• Educate and support stakeholders and delivery teams on testing best practices.
• Develop test strategies and phase-specific test plans, including risk-based approaches.
• Provide clear and timely progress reports to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a project test lead.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Certification in testing frameworks (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent).
• Experience with test automation tools or scripting (distinct advantage).
