The role of a Year 4 ECT is to plan and delivering engaging and informative lessons to a Year 4 class with an appetite for learning, this current Year 3 class has endless potential as they achieve brilliant results internally, and you can further this success as a Year 4 ECT!
 
As a Year 4 ECT you will be tasked with easing the pupils into KS2, by doing this you will be supported by the Head of KS2 who has been with the school for a number of years and has made a huge difference within KS2 and the results they achieve. As a Year 4 Teacher you will be given all the tools and materials you need to aid the pupils as best you can.
 
During your time at this ‘Good’ school you receive support from the Head of KS2 when completing your induction, with their guidance and experience over the years they will be able to give you an insight into how to further develop your skills, this is the perfect role for a Year 4 ECT.
