The role of a Cover Supervisor is to deliver pre-set work to students, proving them with the support and guidance they need to grasp the topic. As a Cover Supervisor you will have the opportunity to instil confidence within the student as well as use your subject knowledge to raise attainment levels.
 
This is brilliant school consistently achieves top results at GCSE as well as having a huge impact in the local community with their countless volunteering schemes. The headteacher has been with the school for over 7 years and has made it the success story it is today.
 
Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
• Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
• Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
