This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cover Supervisor seeking a long-term opportunity at a ‘Good’ Primary School in Redditch. This is a warm and welcoming school that goes above and beyond to support their pupils academic and individual development.
 
As a Cover Supervisor you will be tasked with delivering pre-planned work to pupils, ensuing the lessons are engaging and provoke creative outlets. The headteacher has been with this school for over 7 years and has been the key to their success.
 
Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
• Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
• Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
