We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join a 2-Form Entry primary school in Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic group of students and a supportive staff team.

*** School: ‘Outstanding’ 2 Form Entry
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Year 3 students. We are looking for someone who is creative, innovative, and able to inspire and engage children in their learning.
 
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will need to have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and be able to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners. You will be responsible for monitoring student progress and assessing their achievements against learning objectives.
 
In addition to your classroom teaching duties, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with your colleagues and contribute to the wider school community. You will have opportunities to engage in ongoing professional development and to be involved in extracurricular activities and events.
 
To be considered for this role, you must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching in a primary school setting. You should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and be committed to creating a positive learning environment for all students.
